Lovely Coven uses artificial-intelligence tools as part of how the studio writes and operates. We would rather say so plainly than leave it unspoken. Here is exactly where AI is involved, and where it is not.
Where AI is used
The studio uses AI tools — including Claude, made by Anthropic — to assist with drafting written material: Botanical Grimoire entries, proposals, Floral Dispatch and inquiry replies, and some website copy. The site may also include AI-assisted features that help answer questions or route requests.
Every word passes through a human
AI assists; it does not author. Nothing carries the Lovely Coven name until Brandon Joseph has read, edited, and approved it. The voice, the creative direction, and the final judgement are his. The tool is a faster pen — not the hand that signs.
The work is still ours
Whatever role a tool plays in drafting, the resulting content — copy, names, Grimoire entries, imagery, and identity — remains the intellectual property of Lovely Coven LLC and Brandon Joseph, as set out in our Terms & Conditions. Authorship and ownership rest with the studio.
On accuracy
Automated replies can occasionally be incomplete or wrong. For anything that needs to be exact — pricing, availability, delivery, or the terms of a commission — the studio confirms it with you directly. Floral care guidance is offered in good faith and is general, not a guarantee of how a given arrangement will behave in a given room.
