How it works
The Conversation
We begin with a call — not a form. We want to understand the feeling of your day before we name a single bloom. What does it smell like? What do you want guests to say when they walk in? This is where the spell begins.
The Proposal
Within 72 hours we send a scoped proposal — specific to your venue, your season, your vision. It names the blooms, the vessels, the installation elements. A 50% retainer confirms the engagement.
The Design
We source what is at peak on your week. Seasonal availability shapes the palette. We do not substitute quality for a predetermined vision.
The Installation
Every wedding is installed personally by Brandon Joseph. We stay until the last stem is exactly where it should be and the room has changed. Then we go.
The Grimoire
Every arrangement receives an entry in the Lovely Coven Botanical Grimoire — a written record of what was gathered, what was withheld, what the light was doing. Delivered within 48 hours of your day. A keepsake, not a receipt.
